Recovering from Trauma

Everyone wants to be happy, they don't want to be hurt, they don't want to be down, and they definitely don't want to have trauma. Right?

Trauma is one of the things that hurts someone.

Trauma due to:

  • Accident
  • be a victim of bullying
  • lost loved ones
  • parenting style
  • boyfriend betrayed

  • failure

There are 3 important things if you want to recover from trauma:

  1. DON'T DENIAL
    To put it simply, don't deny what has happened in your life, admit what you experienced and admit that you were hurt.
  2. CURHAT IS IMPORTANT
    Confess can help reduce your burden when you can't solve the problem alone, with notes, confide in the right person.
  3. NEED BUSINESS AND PROCESS
    Recovering takes a process, it takes effort, it can't be done instantly, instant noodles only have to be boiled first and then eaten.

Trauma is not a disgrace that you must cover.

Trauma is not something to be embarrassed about in life.

But trauma can be a stepping stone so that you are even better in the future.
